I have task that upgrade RDS for MySQL.

It is a very hard task for me. I find it difficult for several reasons.

1. The DB has never been upgraded before, unexpected events may occur.
2. My teammates, include myself, don`t  know how to upgrade.
3. If the DB stops when many end users shout.

I have to do it clearing will allow me to climb one staircase.

Let`s goooooooo!!!!!!!!Boooo!!!!!

It`s offer of a change of occupation.

That`s offer is more than my current income more than million up.

Considering the current state of Japanese economy, this is a grate upgrade.

It was worth all the hard work I put into my daily studies.

I need to continue to study to get the offers I am targeting.

AWS often uses Python for implementing Lambda functions.

Having primarily focused on PHP throughout my career, even simple tasks in Python require extra effort for me.

Struggling with basic conditional statements and debugging are significant issues.

I know I need to start with Python tutorials to overcome this problem, but it`s frustrating to add another task to my list, especially when I`m also lacking in infrastructure knowledge.

However, I understand that this situation is necessary for my growth and stepping up.

I`m determined to motivate myself and keep pushing forward.

最近AWSの業務に取り組む際に困ったことがあります。

それはPythonが書けないという問題です。

AWSではLambda関数の実装等でPythonを使用します。私はこれまでPHPを主軸にキャリアを歩んできたためPythonでの簡単な実装も一手間かかってしまいます。

単純なif文及びそれのデバッグなどに時間がかかってしまうという大きな問題です。

どうにかこの問題を解消するために私はPythonのチュートリアルを始める必要があるのですが、インフラ関連の知識もない中でやるべき事がまた一つ増えている状況に腹が立ちます。

ただしこの状況はステップアップのために必要なものなので自分を奮い立たせていきたいと考えています。

頑張れ自分。

The other day, during 1on1 meeting with my boss, I was assigned to work on AWS task.

To be honest, I am scared to AWS-related work with no knowledge of infrastructure, since my career has been mainly focused on PHP so far.

I am sure It will be painful period.
but i would be happy if i can grow for the sake of my career.

I am looking forward to seeing where I will be in 6 month.

スクラムマスターは全体最適化を主とする正解のない問題に対してアプローチしていく仕事だから大変そうだ。

きっと彼は苦しむことになるだろう。

しかし彼のキャリアにとって凄く有意義になる事は間違いないので頑張って欲しい。

Have you ever heard the adage, “Anything is better than nothing”?

I had never heard of it or seen it until I read a book about it.

I was struck by these words as if struck by lightning.

It is true that people shy away from taking any action.

I think it comes from the fear of not getting the desired form of reward and ending up in futility as a result of their actions.

It is indeed scary to see the results of your hard work go to waste.

So I changed my way of thinking and began to think of the rewards for my actions as experiences, rather than monetary or the recognition I received from others.

With this approach, I realized that the consequences of my actions would be my fortune.

After this realization, I am no longer afraid to act.

People who have a lot of experience must have a more fulfilling life than the old guys out there.

If you are afraid to act, why not take a step forward for your own experience?

「どんなことでもやらないよりはやったほうがマシ」という格言は聞いたことはあるだろうか？

私はある本を読むまでは聞いたことも見たこともなかった。

私はこの言葉を見て雷に打たれるような衝撃を受けた。

確かに人は何か行動を起こす際に尻込みをしてしまう。

それは、行動した結果、望む形の報酬を得られず徒労に終わる結末に対する恐怖からくるものだと思う。

一生懸命頑張った結果が無駄に終わるのは確かに怖い。

そこで私は考え方を変え、行動したことによる報酬は金銭的なものや周囲から得られる評価などではなく、経験と考えるようにした。

この考え方ならば、行動に伴う結果が自分の財産になる事に気づいた。

この気づきを得て以降は行動することが怖くなくなった。

経験をたくさん持っている人はそこら辺にいるオジサンよりも充実した人生を送っているはずだ。

行動することが怖い人は自分の経験のために一歩踏み出してはどうだろうか？

I’ve come to understand something about the characteristics of people with strong communication skills recently. It’s about having a high “resolution.”

What this means is being able to present specific events or instances when discussing abstract topics.

Often, individuals start talking without clearly defining what they want to convey, resulting in their message not getting across.

On the other hand, individuals with strong communication skills can effectively communicate by appropriately organizing the sequence of topics and choosing words to ensure their message is conveyed as effectively as possible. Even in conversations with individuals who have weaker communication skills, they manage to complete the conversation by inferring missing information or intentions from inadequate words.

To enhance communication skills, it’s necessary to increase the resolution in your mind to accurately convey the required information to the other person.

While discussing this, I realized that even my own communication might sometimes feel vague or have low resolution. I w

最近コミュニケーション能力の高い人の特徴についてわかったことがある。

それは「解像度」が高いということだ。

どういうことかというと、抽象度の高い議題に対して具体的な事象を提示することができるということです。

人は自分が何を伝えたいのかはっきりと定めることなく話し始めてしまい、伝えたいことが伝わらないということが往々にしてある。

対してコミュニケーション能力の高い人は自分の伝えたいことが最大限伝わるようにトピックの順序や使用する語句などを適切に使用してコミュニケーションを取ることができる。また、コミュニケーション能力が低い人との間で起きるコミュニケーションでも、不足している情報や意図が伝わらない語句から推察して会話を完了させてしまう。

コミュニケーション能力を高めるためには相手に伝えるために必要な情報を正しく伝えるために頭の中で解像度を上げていく必要がある。

このような話をしていて思ったのだが、私の話もぼんやりしていて解像度が低いと感じてしまう。

少しでもコミュニケーション能力を上げていくために努力していきたい。

I absolutely love basketball.

The intense physicality, the split-second speed, the deceptive feints – basketball has elements that make it an exciting sport unlike any other.

Amidst all the excitement, what I love most is how beauty manifests in every aspect of the game. Even a simple pass can turn into an art form – whether it’s a one-handed pass to the opposite side, a pass that deceives an opponent by shifting focus, or a slick between-the-legs pass – it’s these moments that turn an ordinary play into something artistic.

As a result, it often elicits a “Wow” from the spectators watching.

Moreover, despite being a team sport, basketball also allows for an individual’s sheer dominance to steer the team towards victory, which adds to its allure. Watching a single player command the game with their sheer skill is something I deeply admire as an athlete.

However, in the end, the secret to long-term success often lies in teams with strong teamwork, much like the enduring strength of teams such as the Spurs.

I encourage everyone to give basketball a try at least once. It’s incredibly enjoyable!

激しい体のぶつかり合い、一瞬のスピード、敵を欺くフェイント

他のスポーツにはない要素がおおくあるエキサイティングなスポーツです。

そのような盛り上がる要素が多いバスケットボールですが、一番素敵な要素は美しさが随所に現れる点が大好きです。

パス一つとっても、片手一つで逆サイドの仲間へのパスや目線を外した敵を欺くパス、股抜きパスなど、普通のパスで事足りる場面でも芸術と評されるパスを展開してきます。

そのため見ている観客からすると「ワォッ」という驚きが出てきてしまいます。

また、チームスポーツでありながらも圧倒的な個の力でチームを勝たせることができるのも魅力の一つです。

圧倒的な個の力で試合を支配する様は一人のスポーツマンとして憧れを抱かせてくれます。

ただ、結局のところチーム力の高い spurs のようなチームが長い期間強いチームである秘訣になるんですけどね

I originally come from Okinawa, the warmest place in Japan. After graduating from university, I was drawn to the bustling city of Tokyo, so I moved here.

After coming to Tokyo, I worked in caregiving. It was during that time when I was deeply impressed by a web system that was being introduced. I took it upon myself to self-study programming, eventually landing a job at a system development company.

I never had a proper education in IT technology throughout my life, and I regretted taking such a challenging path. However, despite many areas where I’m still immature as a programmer,
I feel a sense of fulfillment being able to contribute value to the world through my work.

Working tirelessly each day to solve the “can’t do” of “someone” is a wonderful job.

However, the downside is that there’s just so much to learn.

Execution speed,
Servers,
Networks.

There are still many things I lack, so all I can do is study diligently every day.

I will continue to strive for improvement.

ヤンヤンという名前はインターネット上のハンドルネームです。

私の出身は日本で一番暖かい沖縄になるのですが、大学卒業後、大都会の東京に憧れて上京してきました。

上京後は介護職に就いたのですが、その当時導入されたWebシステムに感銘を受けて独学でプログラムの学習を行い、システム開発会社に転職をしました。

IT技術に関して、これまでの人生で正しく学んだ事がなく、困難を極める道を歩んでしまった事を後悔したのですが、現在も何とかプログラマとして働く事ができています。

プログラマとしてはまだまだ未熟な部分が多い中ではありますが、世の中に価値を提供できている実感があるので、充実感を持って仕事ができています。

「誰か」の「できない」を解決するために日々奮闘できるこの仕事は素晴らしい仕事です。

ただ、学ぶべきことが多すぎるのが難点です。
